About HOOP Alliance
Helping Out Our People (H.O.O.P) is a coalition of families from the Woodland Hills School District that have lost a child to gun violence. As grassroots organization, HOOP aims to heal, inspire, motivate, and mentor individuals throughout the community - with a goal of disrupting the disease of violence and preventing future loss.
Initiatives of HOOP include:
Monthly grief support meetings
Remembrance walks
Youth & Community Events and more
Walk-in hours at the Hollander:
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Incubated in the Hollander building, HOOP is now an official 501(c)(3) organization that runs programming at the Hollander and other locations throughout the Mon Valley.
